Eric L. Lipman is a politician and judge in Minnesota. Lipman, a Republican, served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2001 to 2004. Following the adjournment of the 2004 regular session of the Legislature, Lipman resigned from the Minnesota House of Representatives in order to accept an inter-agency position in Governor Tim Pawlenty's Administration.
